This policy explains what COWY (operated by the COWY team, reachable at hello@cowyformula.com) collects when you visit cowyformula.com, join the Founding Family, or express first release interest, and how we use it.
What we collect.
When you submit a signup or interest form we collect the information you type in (first name, email, and optionally phone), along with the marketing attribution attached to your visit (UTM parameters, referrer, landing page). We also record the choice you make in the cookie banner so we do not ask again.
With your permission we may also collect anonymous analytics about how the site is used, and marketing signals used to reach parents who might love COWY. Both are off by default until you accept.
How we use it.
- Send you the welcome email and a small number of launch updates you opted into.
- Text you launch updates only if you explicitly opt into SMS.
- Measure which pages and campaigns actually help parents find us.
- Improve the product and the site.
Who we share it with.
We use the following processors. We do not sell your personal information.
- Brevo. Stores your contact record and delivers our email (and SMS if you opted in).
- Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API. Advertising measurement. Only active when you grant Marketing consent. Email and phone are hashed with SHA-256 before they are sent, and we never send child age, breastfeeding, or free-text survey answers to Meta.
- Google Tag Manager. Loads other tags only when you allow the matching category. Respects Google Consent Mode v2.
- Google Analytics or Google Ads. May be activated later through Google Tag Manager. Bound by the Analytics or Marketing category you chose.
- Lovable Cloud (our backend host). Stores signups, survey answers, and event logs.
Your choices.
- Change your cookie choices at any time from the link in the footer.
- Unsubscribe from email by using the link at the bottom of any message we send.
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out of SMS.
- Email hello@cowyformula.com to request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it.
Children.
COWY is a product for kids, but this site is intended for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will remove it.
